Job Summary
As an ideal candidate you have professional experience with writing technical and user documentation in software development with a solid understanding of the ATM/ATC domain. You are also proficient in English good at asking questions eager to learn and comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders for best results.
Responsibilities
- Plan create publish update and maintain technical documentation (e.g. user technical and maintenance manuals product specifications release notes user training materials); support tender documentation and solution proposals
- Uphold user-centric product documentation structure
- Work with stakeholders to gain full understanding of our products and services
- Continuously update and refine existing documentation to reflect new features enhancements and best practices
- Uphold compliance and maintain documentation backlog and versioning
Professional Requirements
- University degree ( Aviation Computer Science Communication or a related field) or background in the ATM/ATC domain
- Technical writing experience with a proven record of delivering complete technical documentation solutions for complex products
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English language proficiency both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing for software products
- A background in the ATM/ATC domain is strongly preferred
- An eye for detail and an ability to work independently
- A user-centric approach combined with the ability and willingness to learn
