Key responsibilities
- Responsibility for the overall planning and implementation management of the national NKA.
- Responsibility for the overall planning maintenance and relationship management of R/LKA customers across the country.
- Responsibility for team management and empowerment

- 负责CP月度/季度推进Scorecard月度/季度复盘以及JBP年中回顾与年终总结确保各项业务计划有序落地与达成
- 追踪市场及竞争对手动态收集和分析市场数据制定有效的销售策略支撑业务增长
- 主导团队搭建构建高效团队架构同步开展团队赋能工作提升团队专业能力
Workflow
- Responsibility for the monthly/quarterly promotion of CP the monthly/quarterly review of Scorecard as well as the mid-year review and year-end summary of JBP to ensure the orderly implementation and achievement of all business plans.
- Track market and competitor dynamics collect analyze market data formulate effective sales strategies and support business growth.
- Lead team building and establish an efficient team structure;Simultaneously carry out team empowerment work to enhance the professional capabilities of the team.

- 3年以上RKA客户管理经验
- 优异的执行能力
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor Degree and above
- At least 3 years of RKA-related experience
- Outstanding execution ability
