Exciting Opportunity: Production Lead
Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Production Lead plays a key role in supporting daily operations at our Kelowna facility. This position offers an opportunity to lead a small team in a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment while ensuring compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday 10:00PM - 6:30AM

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting a production team to meet daily targets and performance goals
• Monitoring productivity time management and adherence to schedules
• Communicating with the Supervisor regarding performance training and production issues
• Mentoring and training new employees providing on-the-job guidance and feedback
• Following and enforcing SOPs safety policies and GMP standards
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records
• Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment as needed
• Providing performance input and participating in employee evaluations

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; experience leading up to 15 staff
• Excellent communication problem-solving and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Knowledge of GMP safety standards and production processes (asset)
