The Field Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing workforce allocation scheduling and resource planning for industrial manufacturing construction projects. This role ensures that field operations are adequately staffed materials are available and project timelines are met while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 8 years in resource management or field operations within industrial manufacturing or construction.
- Industrial and defense construction experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and diverse teams.
- Ability to work in industrial and construction environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification
