POSITION TO START JANUARY 2026
Were looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Selector / Production Worker. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work has a strong technical mindset and is eager to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.
The Selector / Production Worker will:
- Visually inspect ware and remove defective items to ensure quality standards are met.
- Set up ware on lehrs and conveyors dislodge ware on straight-line equipment and adjust carton flow on conveyors as needed.
- Monitor and tend to case packer/robot systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Inspect ware on filled case conveyor fill cartons as needed and verify carton gluing and appearance meet specifications.
- Occasionally hand-pack ware and reselect packed ware based on quality control instructions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in working with automated equipment.
- Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the company.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of mechanical or robotic systems.
- Experience working with conveyors packaging machinery or automated equipment.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and adapt to changing production needs.
