Job Summary

Description

Clean maintain and assemble thin film coating tooling. Clean coating tooling in glass beading glove box with use of respirator. Enter data into spread sheets on computer. Follow all safety and quality guidelines as defined by the company. Use basic tools Ability to understand and follow detailed work instructions without deviation. Ability to understand and follow detailed engineering drawings without deviation Inspect assembled and sub assembly tooling. Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel & Word) Meet a level of productivity as determined by management Must be shift flexible Valid drivers license and background check required High school graduate or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience Must be able to work within an ITAR facility. Must be an energetic personality with strong leadership and communication skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to follow detailed technical instructions Develop new methods to improve functionality and efficiency Demonstrated success with maintaining quality control and data management Ability and willingness to learn new technology software & professional practices Able to communicate updates and work-related progress to upper management both written and verbal Ability to pass preplacement physical Physical Requirements/Working Environment: This position works under bench-top manufacturing conditions utilizing several assembly stations throughout the day. The employee is required to manipulate equipment and instruments with precise hand and finger movements for specific periods of time. Must be able to reach grasp with both hands. Physical demands include the ability to rarely lift carry push and pull up to 50 lbs.
