Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Production Manager

Location: Tamarac FL(Onsite)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Must Haves:
5 years Manufacturing Leadership Experience.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare budgets and records.
Toyota Production System (TPS) / Lean Experience Six-Sigma Certified a strong plus
Strong background in Lean manufacturing principles.
Experience managing production using Kanban 5S or JIT systems.
Demonstrated ability to coach teams in Kaizen and problem-solving.
Focus on safety efficiency and quality metrics.
Track record of improving throughput waste reduction and defect rates.
Make sure they have experience with the Toyota Production System (TPS)
