Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our teamatTaylorvilleCorrectional Centerin Taylorville Illinois.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Pay Rate: $31.50/hr for 6 month introductory period

Shift: PRN (as needed) - day shift (7am-3pm)

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
