Location: Bennington VT 05201
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $38/hr
Contract Length: 9 Weeks
Shift: AM Shift 8.5 Hours

Position Overview:
Bennington Care Center is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an LPN experienced in long-term care or rehabilitation settings who can work independently while supporting resident care.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or provider.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care provided.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Vermont.

Prior experience in long-term care rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred.

Ability to work one scheduled day per week for the duration of the contract.

No holiday RTO required.
