Position Overview:
Skies HC and Rehab Center is seeking a dependable and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care on a part-time contract basis. The LPN will assist in delivering high-quality nursing care in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising RN or provider.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all care provided.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Must bring a state or federal-issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or provide documented religious or medical exemption; additional doses may be required by law.
- Prior experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred.
