Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Veg and Technical Rep for South Morocco. This role combines sales expertise with technical know-how in the vegetable Seeds serving as a crucial link between our company and clients in the South Morocco region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the South Morocco vegetable market
- Provide expert technical advice on vegetable production techniques to customers
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in the region
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients
- Offer on-site support and troubleshooting for vegetable production issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for the South Morocco market
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the vegetable industry
- Regularly report on sales activities market conditions and forecasts
- Travel extensively within the South Morocco region to meet clients and attend agricultural events
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Horticulture or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector preferably in vegetable production
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of vegetable production techniques and technologies
- Excellent understanding of agricultural market trends in Morocco
- Proficiency in Arabic and French; working knowledge of English
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel extensively within the South Morocco region
- Valid drivers license
