主要工作职能

  • 客户管理负责经销商及T2客户的管理涵盖合作规划关系维护及生意目标达成
  • 渠道覆盖管理统筹RTM2.0体系及阳光批发平台的运营推进保障渠道覆盖的广度与效率
  • 团队管理负责BDR及SR团队的日常管理绩效达成与能力赋能

Key responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Responsibility for the management of distributors and T2 customers covering cooperation planning relationship maintenance and business goal achievement.
  • Channel coverage management: Coordinate the operation and promotion of the RTM2.0 system and the Sunshine Wholesale platform to ensure the breadth and efficiency of channel coverage.
  • Team Management: Responsibility for the daily management performance achievement and capability empowerment of the BDR and SR teams.

Workflow

  • Coverage plan:The headquarters RTM formulates the annual coverage strategy and distribution targets at the beginning of the year while the regional RTM formulates the regional plans based on market conditions.
  • Tracking execution: Daily/weekly/monthly tracking of strategy implementation;
  • Summary and promotion: Summarize the coverage model and promote it;

申请资格/职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 熟悉销售流程具备较强的业务数据分析逻辑思维和行业动态洞察
  • 有经销商管理经验优先

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor Degree and above
  • Familiar with the sales process possessing strong business data analysis logical thinking and industry trend insight.
  • Experience in dealer management is preferred.
