Responsibilities:
Maintenance of all Products/Services managed by the IAM platform;
Writing and producing reports (e.g. SQL) as required;
Perform data analysis and produce summary reports with insights as required;
Creation of Excel/PowerPoint dashboards and presentations as required;
Contribute to technical design discussions and provide conceptual solutions to problems;
Develop and define a wide range of documentation for example process documents functional specifications etc. as required
Communicate (and/or train as necessary) on documentation content
Proactively conduct ad-hoc as well as regular analysis of IAM system documentation processes data etc.
Investigate IT procedures standards and/or guidelines
Instigate and drive IAM process enhancements
Conduct analysis on whether IAM policies/standards are being followed
Promote and enforce IT risk policies
To train and mentor newly appointed team members and team leaders;
To initiate the necessary training for the team; ensures the current exchange of experience and knowledge in the team;
To provide 100% timely reporting to the client and management.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Understanding of application platform integration and transitions to facilitate seamless business processes.
- Previous experience with Access Management is required.
- Proven ability to elicit analyze and document business requirements effectively.
- Ability to create clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing and experience in process implementation and improvement.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (such as Agile) and proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel for data visualization and analysis.
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in Bulgarian and English
- Demonstrated proficiency in using ticketing tools with a preference for experience in Service Now and JIRA.
- Experience or familiarity with IAM platforms particularly with Quest One Identity would be considered an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills would be highly beneficial.
- SQL knowledge would be a valuable asset.
