Job Summary
Stability Operations & Sample Management
- Support ELL business and client goals by analyzing and assessing stability needs
- Receive process set down and distribute stability samples
- Ensure compliance with the Quality System; identify prevent and correct deviations
- Adhere to efficient lab standards; develop and implement operational improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement of stability processes and procedures
Equipment & Technical Support
- Support chamber calibration and maintenance as needed
- Learn to troubleshoot recognize errors identify root causes and apply process improvements
- Stay current on technology industry trends and business advancements
Documentation & Communication
- Assist in writing and editing procedures and reports
- Review data notebooks and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate procedures results and questions with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ensure clients receive excellent service and accurate analytical results
Teamwork & Development
- Foster motivation morale and teamwork within the department
- Expand self-awareness and develop soft skills
- Attend applicable training based on identified development needs
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree in science or a related field
- OR equivalent industry experience:
- Two years of directly related experience one year of college in a related major
- 1 year of laboratory or quality assurance experience in a regulated lab environment
- Experience in stability or sample coordination
- Preference for experience under GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) or cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Location: Winston-Salem NC
