Join a team that designs develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle from the front end of business development through product end of life.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Acts as a technical expert in their realm of function for internal and external customers
- Presents project and/or program status to leaders and customers
- Ensures internal processes and procedures align with Aerospace and Honeywell Standards
- Interfaces with team and resolves project/program issues
- Convince external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts practices and approaches
- Project oversight
- Project coordination
- Budget/schedule responsibility
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience supporting aerospace programs
WE VALUE
- Working experience on Agile methodologies and/or certified scrum master
- Advanced knowledge of Aerospace process development for systems software and V&V
- Individuals that quickly analyze incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Leading diverse and global team
- Apply mastery of a specific professional discipline or broader expertise in most or all areas within a function
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
- Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
- Making autonomous decision
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. Person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
