Nestled between Bournemouth the Isle of Purbeck and the Jurassic Coast its a fantastic base for exploring the south coast. Originally built in 1776 as the Mansion House our hotel reflects its nautical past and Georgian splendor.

At Hotel Du Vin fifty percent of all revenue comes from catering many of our hotels we can be busier in ourBrasseriesthan most local restaurants! Working as Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth andconsistentmanner. Ideally you will of worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.
