Responsibilities- Lead strategic account growthby managing regional key accounts conducting in-depth diagnostics and aligning client needs with automation solutions (e.g. DCS/ SIS/GDS/PLC/ SCADA/ Advance software).
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts ensuring alignment with client budgets and company objectives.
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith Sales Enablement Product R&D and Service teams to support portfolio selling and business expansion.
QualificationsYou Must Have
- Education & Technical Background:Bachelors degree in Automation Control Engineering Instrumentation Electrical Engineering or a related field; Strong familiarity with industrial automation systems (e.g. DCS/ SIS/GDS/PLC/ SCADA/ Advance software) is required.
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within coal chemical oil & petrochemical or metallurgical industries. Proven success in closing complex B2B deals with experience in consultative selling and managing long sales cycles.
- Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in key account management is preferred.
