The Scott Family of Dealerships is seeking a driven experienced Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in the Lehigh Valley!
Were looking for a leader who can desk deals appraise trades and motivate a winning sales team all while maintaining the high standards of service and integrity our customers have come to expect. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable community-focused dealership that values teamwork performance and growth.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of retail automotive sales experience (required)
- Prior Sales Management or F&I experience (required)
- Proven success as a deal maker with a strong customer focus
- High energy positive leadership style and passion for developing others
- Strong communication coaching and interpersonal skills
- Internet and social media proficiency a plus
- Excellent closing and follow-up skills
- Integrity character and professionalism in every interaction
What Youll Do:
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Structure and desk deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Appraise trade-ins accurately and efficiently
- Drive sales processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement
