Base Salary Range:
Philippines: $800-$1500/month
South Africa: USD 1200 to 2500 per month
LATAM: USD 1800 to 2500 per month

About the Company:We support RV owners across the United States with end to end RV management services. Their focus is on trust transparent communication and ensuring owners feel confident handing over their RV to a dedicated management partner. The company operates from Ottawa Canada with the majority of clients based in the U.S. They work closely with RV owners who value reliability care responsiveness and professional coordination of all rentals and maintenance.About the Role:The company is seeking a strong communicator to handle inbound leads educate prospects build trust quickly and book warm handoffs to an RV Manager. The role will later include light outbound outreach such as Facebook Marketplace and RV Trader follow ups. This is a high communication high responsiveness role suited to someone who learns fast needs minimal hand holding and speaks clearly and confidently to U.S. RV owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and follow up quickly across calls SMS and HubSpot
- Educate RV owners about the companys management service and build trust on the first call
- Qualify leads and book warm handoff appointments with the RV Manager
- Maintain detailed notes and update all activities in HubSpot
- Conduct light outbound prospecting when needed
- Provide clear friendly communication that supports a strong customer experience
- Meet response time expectations including occasional after hours coverage
Hard Skills Required:
- 3 years of experience in sales appointment setting or customer support.
- Excellent English communication skills with an emphasis on a neutral and clear English accent to appeal to the U.S. customer base.
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Experience using any calling/SMS platforms for logging and recording is essential (e.g. Salesmsg OpenPhone or HubSpot Calling).
- Ability to learn industry-specific details quickly and apply them effectively.
Soft Skills Required:
- Confident friendly communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Independent organized and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and flexible hours.
- Reliable professional and goal-oriented.
Nice to Have:
- Ability to communicate in Spanish for Latin American candidates as occasional leads may be Spanish-only.
- Familiarity with RV terminology is a benefit.
- Experience working with North American customers
- Prior experience in appointment setting or SDR roles
