Job Summary

As an ideal candidate you have a proven ability to lead and manage deployment teams and projects you are comfortable with travelling abroad for work on a regular basis and you have a background in the ATM/ATC domain.

In addition you are a very good communicator with a knack for building and maintaining strong positive relationships both with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage continuous product release deployment projects to international customers
  • Manage the onboarding of new customers and customer projects
  • Plan and coordinate product training for end users
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Supervise and manage daily operations and teams; facilitate employee development and performance

Professional Requirements

  • University degree in project management and/or a technical domain
  • 5 years or more of relevant professional experience in a regulatory industry
  • Experience in project management and/or account management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional level verbal and written English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the ATM/ATC domain
  • Good conflict resolution skills
