Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst / Agile Product Owner Medicaid Systems
Need Austin-TX within 50 Miles Residents Only - Contract - Onsite

Required Qualifications & Experience:

8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Agile Product Owner.
8 years of experience utilizing the Agile software development methodology.
8 years of experience performing complex business analysis and creating technical documentation.
8 years of experience reporting project status to management including risks issues and key decisions.
8 years of experience identifying project risks and issues and developing/implementing mitigation strategies.
8 years of experience in effective written and oral communication including documenting requirements deliverables test scenarios and project status.
8 years of experience gathering validating and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
8 years of experience reviewing and approving complex technical user and system requirements prepared by vendors.
8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams Word Excel PowerPoint).
8 years of experience coordinating and developing test plans test strategies exit criteria and test scenarios.
8 years of experience executing detailed test cases within complex software environments.
8 years of experience using testing management software (e.g. HP ALM JIRA Azure DevOps).
8 years of experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
8 years of experience approving and prioritizing user stories based on stakeholder feedback and business value.
8 years of experience with Medicaid systems and processes.
8 years of experience in claims processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of knowledge or experience with Texas Medicaid programs.
2 years of experience with Project Enrollment and Management Systems (PEMS) or similar Medicaid enrollment projects.
