Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations inspire our team

and deliver an exceptional experience. This role combines the excitement of managing

a busy entertainment and retail space with the reward of building an inclusive workplace

where everyone can shine.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the arcade and candy store

Lead coach support and supervise a motivated inclusive team focused on

guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Manage store budgeting forecasting and expense management.

Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve financial and

mission-based targets

Manage scheduling payroll submissions inventory and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with organizational policies health and safety regulations

and applicable federal and state laws

Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in retail hospitality or entertainment management

Demonstrated experience managing budgets sales goals

Strong communication organization and leadership skills

The ability to exhibit humility curiosity and empathy

A positive attitude and a passion for inclusion teamwork and community

engagement

1 years of people leadership experience

Preferred experience with Point of Sale systems employee scheduling tools

and CRM

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as

needed

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without

reasonable accommodation

Physical Requirements (Essential Functions)

Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Regular interaction with customers staff and vendors in a fast-paced

environment

FLSA Classification

This position is classified as Exempt under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act

(FLSA). As an exempt employee the Store Manager is not eligible for overtime pay and

is paid on a salaried basis.
