Who we are looking for
An experienced and motivated Registered Manager who can lead inspire and develop a dedicated care team. You will be confident in managing day-to-day operations maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards and embedding a therapeutic culture that places childrens emotional wellbeing at the heart of care delivery.
You will need strong leadership skills a proven track record with Ofsted and the ability to manage a stable team that delivers outstanding care to children who have experienced trauma or neglect.
Who you will be working for
Youll be joining a well-established and reputable provider of therapeutic childrens residential services known for their integrated clinical model and holistic approach to care. The organisation operates a network of homes across the South West supported by their own education and clinical services ensuring children receive consistent and joined-up support.
As part of the Registered Manager team youll receive regular professional supervision monthly peer support and ongoing leadership development.
