Job Description

As a Senior FP&A Solution Consultant you will play a key role in helping enterprise clients transform their financial planning processes. Youll combine deep financial expertise with Anaplan platform mastery to design demonstrate and deliver connected planning solutions that drive strategic value across Finance Accounting and Operations. You willbe responsible forall aspects of thetechnicalsalesprocessby working directly with customers and collaborating withsalesdomainspecialistsbusinessvalueconsultantsproductmanagerscustomersuccessand partners.

YourResponsibilities andImpact

  • Partner with account executives on technical strategy and sales process for accounts in your territory.

  • Translate client business requirements into scalable flexible Anaplan model designs for FP&A use cases (e.g. revenue planning OPEX workforce balance sheet & cash flow modeling).
  • Lead discovery sessions that move beyond features and functions to uncover critical business needs.
  • Design and deliver tailored narrative-driven demos that directly addresscustomerpain points andshowcasea clear visionfor their future.

  • Executeproof-of-conceptworkshopsthat prove Anaplans value in thecustomersown context.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer to ourproductmanagementteams ensuring your insights from the field shape the future of the Anaplan platform.

  • Coordinateand alignspecialist andproduct teamstohelppositionmulti-productsolutions andmaturecomplexopportunitiestoclose.

  • Develop a multi-year technology vision and roadmap with your customers in cooperation with the Anaplan Customer Success team.

Your Qualifications

  • Experienced in a presales solution consulting or business transformation role (SaaS/enterprise software preferred).

  • Strong understanding of financial modelling either through selling FP&A solutions or directly supporting FP&A functions.
  • Know how tocollaboratewith account executivesand ownthetechnical salesprocess including account strategydiscovery demossolutionroadmapsand othertechnical validationsteps.

  • Strong grasp of value-based selling and storytellingnot just showing features and functions.

  • Skilledwithproblemsolvingatthe intersection of technology and business.

  • Proven ability to make complex ideas sound simple clear and persuasivewith experience in public speaking.

  • Knowledgeof enterprise AI platforms GenAI Agentic frameworks machine learningand data integration.

  • Hands-onexperience withenterprise planning processesand solutions( Chain Workforce Sales Performance)preferred

  • Familiarity with EPM CPM BI or ERP systems is a strong asset

  • Prior industryexperiencewithaligned accountsa plus
