What Youll Do
As part of our remote IT support team youll help users solve technical issues and learn the ropes of professional IT service. Youll be supported by experienced colleagues and given the tools to succeed.
- Help recreate and troubleshoot user problems to find practical solutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Follow established IT policies and procedures
- Suggest ideas to improve user experience and team efficiency
- Assist with basic training for users on common tools and systems
- Learn and grow into guiding others as you gain experience
- Stay familiar with our tools systems and support processes
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed

- Basic familiarity with computers and common software (e.g. Windows Microsoft Office email)
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
