Integrations Engineer (People Systems)

What Youll Do:

The Strategy and Transformation team at CoreWeave is building the next generation of intelligent enterprise infrastructure integrating AI-driven automation and modern cloud solutions to transform how our people and systems work together. We are a high-impact team at the intersection of HR IT and Security focused on driving operational excellence and scalability across the organization.

About the Role:

As an Integrations Engineer focused on People Systems youll design build and support the integrations that connect CoreWeaves HR stack to critical enterprise systems. Youll work cross-functionally with HR IT and Security to ensure automation accuracy and efficiency across key lifecycle processes such as onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits. This role is highly technical hands-on and central to ensuring a seamless employee experience as we continue to scale rapidly.

Who You Are:

• 37 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise HR/People Systems integrations
• Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio Cloud Connect (CCW/CCB) EIBs and RaaS (Report as a Service)
• Proven success integrating Workday with systems such as Greenhouse and Okta
• Proficiency with Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and business processes including payroll benefits onboarding and compliance
• Advanced skills in XML XSLT JSON REST and SOAP
• Experience monitoring troubleshooting and maintaining integration jobs in production
• Excellent data mapping transformation and validation skills with a focus on accuracy consistency and compliance
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience automating workflows across HR IT and Security environments
• Exposure to enterprise tools such as Jira Slack Google Workspace or ERP platforms
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and intelligent automation strategies
• Background in high-growth or cloud-native organizations

The base salary range for this role is $153000 to $224000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
