The Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to inbound calls emails and messages with professionalism and urgency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries service requests and general support
- Assist with job setup and customer onboarding
- Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure accurate scheduling and service delivery
- Track and update customer information through CRM systems
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions services or additional support options
- Support outbound follow-up initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Gather customer insights and report trends to the leadership team
- 13 years of experience in customer service inside sales or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in industrial construction manufacturing or multi-trade environments is an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable learning new software and mobile applications
- Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word)
