Youll help create the welcoming fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork youll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. - Deliver warm confident and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
- Welcome greet and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
- Package stock and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
- Maintain clean safe and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties including sweeping mopping and dusting.
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures with a strong focus on Health & Safety Food Safety and proper equipment use.
- Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
- Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

- Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- The ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- A collaborative team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
