Los Angeles CA - Onsite Full-Time $95000-$115000 DOE

Were seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a dynamic hospitality organization known for delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across multi-state payroll functions.

What Youll Do
* Manage and process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll for both exempt and nonexempt employees.
* Oversee timekeeping wage adjustments garnishments and payroll reporting.
* Ensure all payroll transactions comply with state and federal regulations.
* Partner with HR and Accounting to streamline processes audit data and reconcile payroll accounts.
* Lead year-end activities including W-2 distribution tax filings and audit support.
* Evaluate payroll systems and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Provide guidance to management and employees on payroll policies and procedures.

Details:

What Were Looking For
* 5 years of payroll experience including 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of CA labor laws multi-state payroll and wage & hour compliance.
* Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Paycom Paylocity etc.).
* High attention to detail strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
