Role Details:

Join our state-of-the-art Visy Board facility in Truganina as a Purchasing Officer supporting the maintenance and engineering teams with end-to-end procurement vendor management and maintenance administration. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager you will play a key role that ensures spare parts and consumables are sourced efficiently systems are optimised and plant operations run smoothly.

What Youll Do:

• Coordinate purchasing for spare parts materials and consumables.
• Manage inventory stock levels master data and ERP records.
• Source parts locally and internationally including handling logistics and customs.
• Build & maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance.
• Negotiate pricing and track cost savings to achieve best value for money.
• Support maintenance planning scheduling reporting and KPI tracking.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain coordination within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables reporting).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Forklift licence (advantageous).
