Nature of Work:
Responsible for providing for the clinical and programmatic direction of the Pathways Inc. Care Coordination services ensuring that all Pathways NYS DOH NYS OMH Federal OMIG and any other oversight entities guidelines and regulations are adhered to by all assigned Care Managers / Service Coordinators. Oversees Care Managers / Service Coordinators in multiple counties.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling Human Services or related field required. Masters Degree preferred in Social Work Psychology Counseling Human Services or related field.
A candidate with their Bachelors degree needs a minimum of two (2)years of experience in providing services to children and individuals with Mental Health difficulties and/or Developmental Disabilities. A candidate with their Masters degree needs a minimum of one (1) years of experience in providing services to children and individuals with Mental Health difficulties. Two (2) years supervisory experience also preferred
Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care Day Care Office of Children and Family Services and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
