Quick Lube Advisor

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Quick Lube Advisor to join our growing team in our Oil & Lube department also known as PDQ. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule/Pay

• Above-average wage of $18/hour
• Schedule availability between the hours of 7am to 6pm and every other Saturday

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assess needs.
• Obtain vehicle and customer information.
• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
• Sell services to customers and coordinate service with technicians when needed and requested.
• Explain completed work and all charges to customers.
• Cashier duties as assigned
• Manage a small group of technicians to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Essential skills experience and requirements

• Excellent time management: ability to organize and manage tasks at various stages of completion.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate commitment to the needs of the team.
• Basic computer/typing proficiency.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
