Job Summary
We are seeking aDirector of Engineeringwith a strong technical background and strategic mindset to lead high-performing teams in thetechnology consultingspace. This person will be responsible for bothproject deliveryandaccount growth (farming) acting as a trusted technical and business partner to national and international clients.
The role combinestechnical leadership people management and business development being theowner of proposals and client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the technical and operational strategy for assigned accounts ensuring quality and business value in all deliveries.
- Drivefarminginitiatives: identify new opportunities craft innovative proposals and foster sustainable account growth.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of4060 professionals including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Ensureexcellence in project deliveryacrossCloud AI Big Data and Microsoft technologies ( etc.).
- Play an active role in thedefinition and presentation of client proposals acting as the main technical and business point of contact.
- Promote a culture of collaboration continuous learning and continuous improvement.
- Manageclient relationships ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 10 years of experiencein technology environments with at least5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams.
- Proven background intechnology consulting(mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience inaccount farming and growth not only project delivery.
- Strong technical expertise inweb technologies and Microsoft ecosystems combined with knowledge ofCloud AI and Big Data.
- Experience managingcomplex projects and international clients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
