About the Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment within the delivery consulting sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting our restaurant clients by focusing on the efficient execution and optimization of their delivery channels tasks. This involves:
- Operational Execution: Support the daily execution of assigned brands within the Delivery Access vertical ensuring the correct configuration and operation of their delivery channels. This includes operational monitoring task coordination implementation of defined strategies and incident resolution.
- Driving Efficiency and Scalability: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the scalability of our clients delivery operations. This will involve implementing standardized procedures and best practices to maximize efficiency and ensure consistent service delivery. You will be encouraged to think critically about how to improve processes and make them more scalable.
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: While the initial focus will be on operational execution you will also have the opportunity to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards client goals. This will provide valuable experience in data-driven decision-making and lay the foundation for future growth in this area.
- Autonomous Brand Management: Directly manage a portfolio of brands within the Delivery Access vertical ensuring correct operational execution across each of them. This includes daily monitoring task coordination incident resolution and performance optimization on delivery platforms.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to provide the most effective and up-to-date solutions.

Qualifications
- Organization & Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously maintaining order clear priorities and deadline compliance in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to Detail and Execution: Hands-on profile with a focus on action and the ability to quickly implement operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail ensuring project goals are met from start to finish. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.
- Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to work independently managing a portfolio of brands with direct accountability for correct operational execution.
- Problem Solving: Proactive attitude toward identifying operational incidents and resolving them in an agile manner with an analytical and data-oriented mindset and the ability to think critically.
- Interest in Delivery / Operations & Consulting: Interest in the delivery ecosystem marketplaces and digital operations preferably in the food and beverage hospitality or on-demand delivery areas. Desire to learn and contribute in a high-performance environment.
- Project Management Potential: Organizational skills and ability to manage tasks prioritize activities and meet deadlines. Interest in developing project management skills.
- Analytical Aptitude: Data-oriented mindset with basic knowledge of data analysis tools and Excel. Desire to further develop these skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and communicate information clearly to different audiences.
- Results-Oriented: Motivation to achieve ambitious goals with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach in a results-oriented environment.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish (required). English proficiency (essential). Catalan or Portuguese (a plus).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
