Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Coordinator with 3 4 years of experience in HR operations contingent workforce management and administration. The ideal candidate is self-motivated familiar with Saudi labor regulations and comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities to support our Human Capital Unit and overall business operations.


Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment Operations

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and performing background and reference checks.

  • Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process including documentation and orientation support.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and files.

  • Enter and update employee data in the HRDF portal and other relevant government platforms.

Workforce & Compliance

  • Support the management of contingent workforce contracts compliance documentation and performance tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Liaise with platforms such as GOSI Muqeem Qiwa and Mudad for employee additions deletions and upgrades.

Employee Services & Benefits

  • Prepare vacation settlements and end-of-service calculations in alignment with legal and company requirements.

  • Manage medical insurance processes including addition deletion and upgrade of employees.

  • Prepare monthly payroll in accordance with company HR policies and procedures.

Administration

  • Support daily administrative operations including vendor coordination supplies travel and correspondence.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and internal communication activities.

  • Willingly take on new tasks and provide cross-functional support as needed.



Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • 3 4 years of experience in HR coordination administration and contingent workforce support.

  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law GOSI HRDF and employee relations practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems.

  • Highly organized disciplined and self-driven with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Preferred: Saudi national fluent in both Arabic and English.
