Job Objective:
To supervise and ensure smooth production operations by managing resources maintaining quality standards and driving efficiency through effective planning team coordination and adherence to safety and ISO procedures.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and subordinates.
Carry out daily production plan (assembly & packing).
Responsible for 5s & smooth production.
Make ensure the availability of raw materials tools and jigs/fixtures for the upcoming next day plan.
Report daily attendance and production.
Responding to emergencies.
Responsible to managing stock of spare parts and equipment.
Keeping records of faults & repairs and part of new machinaires & process set-up.
Defining needed human and material resources.
ISO documentations.
Plan vs actual analysis.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
Update departmental boards and instruction.
Must be able to verify the quality of the part and products after training.
Job Specifications:
Minimum 03 years of experience of supervision with assembly process.
Good communication and leadership skills
High working capacity with multitasking.
