Teacher Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver lessons for Year 1 students meeting curriculum requirements.
Implement engaging teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
Monitor and assess student progress providing feedback and setting targets for improvement.
Maintain a positive inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and wellbeing.

Teacher Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Year 1 or KS1 students in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and KS1 assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and current educational practices.
Flexibility and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
