Job Summary
A high-achieving 1118 grammar school in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated Social Science Teacher to join its Humanities & Social Sciences faculty from January 2026.
About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality social sciences education including:
- Teaching Psychology and/or Sociology at KS4KS5
- Contributing to PSHE delivery across year groups
- Planning lessons that challenge and stretch able learners
- Supporting exam preparation and revision activities
- Maintaining accurate progress data and intervention planning
- Working collaboratively within a strong research-driven department
