Do you have what it takes
Lead end-to-end project management for Global Social deliverables ensuring timelines dependencies and workflows across campaigns always-on and audience portfolio SKUs are managed with precision and visibility.
Drive operational excellence across the Global Social team optimizing tools systems processes and governance to enhance speed clarity and efficiency.
Manage cross-functional alignmentby coordinating with key Global and regional teams to ensure clear communication timely input and seamless collaboration.
Oversee resource planning and workload management partnering with DCE PMs and internal stakeholders to match team capacity with strategic priorities.
Own and maintain all project management toolsincluding Opal DAM ensuring accurate tracking reporting and workflow adoption across the team.
Lead operational intake and prioritization ensuring consistent criteria for evaluating requests and clear handoffs into Socials editorial campaign and creative pipelines.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of publishing workflows including Opal scheduling campaign beats editorial calendar alignment and regional-ready deliveries.
Track and monitor budgetsacross social production tooling and freelance/contractor support ensuring transparency and responsible cost management.

Global Social Media is a critical component of the LEGO ecosystem delivering Earned activations and support to reach our audiences. The team leads the global social media strategy and governs its implementation accountable for performance audience growth and channel health.
We lead and manage the social presence of the LEGO brand across key platforms and are responsible for editorial planning for key social media channels localising and activating content for key local social channels to drive relevance and brand love with local audiences.
Within this ecosystem the Senior Manager Social Media Operations & Project Management is the operational backbone that enables the entire social function to run effectively. This role ensures seamless coordination across a complex matrix of partners maintains the systems and workflows that keep the organization moving and drives the discipline needed for timely high-quality delivery. By strengthening structure governance and operational clarity this role unlocks efficiency reduces friction and empowers the creative and strategic teams to focus on delivering impactful culturally resonant social content at scale.
Do you have what it takes
Exposure to working with creative teams (e.g. Social Media Content production) in a project management/operational role.
Experience setting up new processes systems and crafting strategies that empower teams to work more efficiently intelligently and with greater impact.
Proven experience in leading projects with complex timeline and familiarity with project management tools like and Opal are beneficial.
Highly organized solutions-oriented operator who can act as the engine behind our global social ecosystem.
Experience partnering across markets cross-functional teams and creative partners.
Confidence in budget management.
Passion for leading others.
