Job Summary
A highly regarded independent 1118 school in the Peterborough area is recruiting a Social Science Teacher to teach Psychology and/or Sociology from January 2026.
About the Role
You will contribute to an academically ambitious sixth form and social sciences faculty through:
- Teaching Psychology and/or Sociology at GCSE and A Level
- Supporting preparation for public examinations
- Planning engaging research-led lessons
- Maintaining strong assessment records
- Supporting enrichment such as debate clubs and academic societies
- Liaising closely with pastoral and sixth form teams
