Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Butcher experienced in large-scale meat processing operations (e.g. Tyson Foods JBS Smithfield). This is not a retail/grocery butcher role - the position focuses on industrial meat processing supervising production teams and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut trim and portion meats per industrial specifications
Supervise train and support butchering staff
Operate and maintain industrial processing equipment
Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
Inspect products for freshness and compliance
Communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (formal meat processing training preferred)
Prior experience in large-scale meat processing facilities (Tyson Smithfield JBS etc.)
Proven supervisory experience in meat production
Strong knife-handling safety and quality assurance skills
Physically fit to lift heavy products and stand for long periods
Flexible to work early mornings weekends or holidays as required
