Job Summary

Job Description

Were looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our 1st Shift team and play a key role in high-speed machining and mold manufacturing within our modern fast-paced tool room.

Key Responsibilities

Program Makino CNC machining centers for high-speed milling using Mastercam.
Perform high-precision machining of molds tools and fixtures.
Revise existing tools based on engineering requirements.
Collaborate effectively with team members in a well-equipped innovative environment.
Manage time and prioritize work to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and complete programming checklists.
Communicate effectively with engineers machinists and supervisors.
Ensure a clean organized and safe work area.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

5 years of CNC programming experience (2D & 3D).
Strong Mastercam programming skills.
Experience working with tight tolerances and precision machining.
Mold building knowledge and tool room experience required.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Highly motivated detail-oriented and dependable.
