About this Position:
Job Title: Network Technician
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage help desk tickets for network issues account onboarding/offboarding and infrastructure incidents.

Provide on-call support every 3 weeks for critical and escalated site issues.

Assist with network rollouts upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
-
Maintain documentation and inventory of network assets.
-
Support Microsoft administration tasks (Entra ID Group Policy Microsoft 365).

Perform basic Windows Server maintenance monitoring and patch management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

5 Years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID and general Microsoft administration.

5 years of experience with Windows Server environments.
-
10 years of experience in troubleshooting skills in networking (wired/wireless).
-
5 years experience responding to help desk requests via ticketing system.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred skills:
-
Experience with Deskpro ticketing system.
-
Experience with Active Directory DNS and Group Policy.
-
Experience with Ruckus/Brocade network switches.
