As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative youll manage inbound service calls from German customers assisting them with everyday banking needs and ensuring a seamless high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone and email.
- Assist clients with phone banking IDs T-PINs and Postbank app setup.
- Process customer requests accurately and resolve issues on the first contact.
- Provide professional empathetic and efficient customer service at all times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products policies and banking procedures.
Language Requirements
- German: C2 (native or equivalent level)
- English: B2 (for internal communication and training)
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is an advantage ideally within banking finance or telecommunications.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 17:00 (rotating shifts)
- Days Off: Sunday 1 rotating weekday
Offer
- 6-month renewable contract
- Base Salary: 1100 gross 14 months
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net via meal card)
- Monthly Performance Bonus: 100 12 months
