ACCOUNTANT BOOKKEEPER
HUMANSDORP EASTERN CAPE
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salary on offer:R20 000.00 R25 000.00CTC per month
- Matric
- Degree or Diploma: Accounting Bookkeeping Financial Management ESSENTIAL
- Minimum of 5 years full Accounting Bookkeeping experience at Management level
- Proficient onXEROpackage ESSENTIAL
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills ESSENTIAL
- Proficient on all MS Office packages with Advanced Excel ESSENTIAL
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident & knowledgeable of South African accounting practices ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work independently ESSENTIAL
- Ability to manage deadlines and work well within a team ESSENTIAL
- Must be available immediately(Advantageous)
- Drivers licence (no endorsements) ESSENTIAL
- Own reliable vehicle ESSENTIAL
- Candidates willing to commute from Port Elizabeth to Humansdorp will be considered (travel at their own cost)

Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:-
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable invoices and supplier payments.
- Prepare VAT recons.
- Assist with monthly management accounts budgets and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank accounts credit cards and general ledgers.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers.
- Prepare annual audit files and liaise with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Package & Remuneration
SALARY ON OFFER: R20 000 TO R25 000 CTC ON OFFER DEP. ON EXPERIENCE
POSITION IS BASED IN HUMANSDORP EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE
CANDIDATES WILLING TO COMMUTE FROM PLZ TO HUMANSDORP WILL BE CONSIDERED
