A leading residential property developer is seeking a Foreman with strong site management experience to oversee day-to-day construction operations.

Permanent Location: Gauteng / Tshwane / Cape Town / KwaZulu-Natal

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Matric (Construction-related qualification advantageous)
Minimum 5 years experience as a Residential Foreman
Solid technical understanding of building processes and site management
Strong organizational and planning abilities (Microsoft Project experience beneficial)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor progress quality and compliance with project specifications
Manage subcontractors and site teams to meet deadlines and safety standards
Complete required documentation and ensure accurate reporting
Support efficient project handovers and maintain client satisfaction
