Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:
- Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in good standing with the Legal Practice Council.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-article experience with proven expertise in Commercial law and Tax Law
- The candidate should possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills strong analytical abilities and a meticulous eye for detail Electronically proficient
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective client and team interactions
- A proactive solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management
- Offer legal advice in Commercial law and Tax litigation
- Drafting: Draft review and file pleadings motions and brief in High Court and Tax Court matters
- Research and Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront
- Collaborative Solutions: Partner with a team of top-notch legal professionals to develop and ensure efficient solutions
- Maintain a high standard of quality efficiency and timeliness in delivering services to our clients
