Inside Success TV is expanding and were looking for elite Sales and amp; Casting Executives who are ready to make a major impact in the worlds of television business and high-ticket sales.

This role isnt your typical sales job. Youll be part of a positive high-performance team that thrives on camaraderie mindset and personal development while representing a global media platform that transforms personal brands into household names.

Were hiring 10 experienced remote professionals with a background in TV media and premium advertising packages to accelerate our next phase of strategic growth.

WHAT YOULL DO

Conduct 15 daily strategy and discovery calls with prospective clients interested in being featured on Inside Success TV each lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Lead clients through our casting and screening process articulating the brand marketing and exposure benefits of an Inside Success TV feature.

Apply business strategy and storytelling insight to help clients position themselves effectively for national and international audiences.

Manage leads and CRM updates daily ensuring accuracy professionalism and full compliance.

Represent Inside Success TV with energy empathy and enthusiasm embodying our values of authenticity excellence and personal growth.

WHAT YOULL EARN

Commission-Only Structure: Earn 10% on all closed sales. Packages range from $12000 to $200000.

On-Target Earnings: Realistic OTE between $60000 $200000 per year depending on performance and volume. Immediate Start: Begin earning quickly with high-quality pre-screened leads and a proven high-conversion offer.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

3 years of high-ticket sales experience ideally within media production advertising or consulting.

Proven skill in casting interviewing or talent selection (TV film or similar). Strong understanding of business and marketing strategy ability to position a clients story effectively. High energy exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect and build trust. Detail-oriented with strong CRM discipline and professional follow-up habits. A positive proactive team-first attitude and passion for personal and professional growth. Willingness to record calls for transparency and quality assurance.
