Position Summary
This position will support the human resources function with day-to-day administrative support responsibilities and entry level HR work to include processing invoices and purchase orders for payment helping to drive efficiency and provide exceptional client service. This position will have the opportunity to touch on multiple areas of HR and will be an important part of supporting our clients day-to-day HR needs.What will your job entail
Job Responsibilities:Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of all contingent HR invoices for employment files (active and terminated) to ensure all necessary documents are included and records tasks like filing copying preparing documents updating materials/ post- Employment Background to verifications of company credit with employee events and activities (Holiday Party Employee Recognition Wellness etc.).Assist with merger and acquisition with special HR projects. Other relevant duties as Experience and Education: Bachelors degree required6 months to a year of related experience Experience working within an HR department to include the use of an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) systemProficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Outlook Word ExcelProven track record of being a team player Licenses & Certifications: NATechnical/Functional Skills:Recruitment CoordinationPayroll Processing Policy and Document CreationPersonnel DocumentationOnboarding SupportMeeting CoordinationCompliance AwarenessBehavioral Skills:CommunicationAttention to DetailAdaptability Problem -SolvingTeamworkTime ManagementProfessionalismRyan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The target hourly rate range for this position is - per hour.The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
