Located in Bullhead City Arizona the practice provides care to patients across the greater Mohave County region. The team includes board-certified physicians advanced practice providers and experienced clinical staff working collaboratively to enhance quality of life through evidence-based multidisciplinary care.
The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Pain Management team in Bullhead City AZ.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity (MondayFriday no weekends or call) offering a balanced outpatient-focused schedule in a supportive and collegial environment. The incoming provider will work alongside an interventional pain physician and a dedicated clinical support team.

Conduct patient evaluations review medical and pharmacy histories and develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage medication therapy and coordinate interventional procedures as appropriate.
Collaborate with interventional pain physicians medical assistants and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Practice Fusion EMR system.
Provide education and counseling to patients regarding pain management strategies and treatment expectations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant program.
Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Arizona license; national certification as NP or PA required.
Experience: Prior experience in pain management orthopedics or physical medicine preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent communication clinical assessment and patient management skills; commitment to compassionate evidence-based care.
